Philip C. Griffin, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Griffin joined The Hearing Clinic team in June of 2007 in order to provide high quality audiological care to the people of the Triad, here in his home state of North Carolina. An alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dr. Griffin has focused his clinical attention on dizziness, imbalance, and fall prevention. He currently heads up the balance and dizziness department at The Hearing Clinic. He seeks to raise awareness about the inner ear's connection to dizziness and falling, and how to minimize the risk of falling through proper audiological and medical care. Dr. Griffin has studied under some of the luminaries of the field, including completing a year long, full time externship at The American Institute of Balance, one of the nation's largest and most advanced specialty centers for dizziness and balance disorders. Dr. Griffin has furthered his education beyond that experience, and continues to bring the most up-to-date skills and knowledge and to his practice. He also has expertise in hearing evaluation and hearing rehabilitation through hearing aids, assistive devices, and communication counseling. Dr. Griffin is a North Carolina native who enjoys sports and exercise including basketball, yoga, tennis and tai chi. He is also a music aficionado and plays several instruments.

Dana F. Koch, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology


Dr. Koch joined The Hearing Clinic team in August of 2009 to be a part of a growing audiology practice offering premium hearing healthcare to the Greensboro area of North Carolina.  As a native of Greensboro and an alumnus of James Madison University, Dr. Koch specializes in hearing aids and advanced hearing technology. She continually learns about the latest advancements in hearing aid technology so that her patients always have the opportunity to be on the cutting edge. Dr. Koch is also highly skilled in diagnostic hearing evaluations and hearing rehabilitation through the fitting of hearing aids, assistive listening devices. She utilizes the best approaches in communication and rehabilitative counseling, and offers a proven hearing rehabilitation program.  She also works closely with two distinguished assisted living facilities, Heritage Greens and Abbotswood, to provide a wide variety of hearing aid services in the comfort of the residents’ own home surroundings.  She and her husband have one daughter, Madeleine, born April 2009.  She enjoys playing tennis in her free time and is an active member of the Humane Society of the United States.

Lauren R. Hadden, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Lauren Hadden joined The Hearing Clinic in 2008 after completing her studies at A.T. Still University in Arizona. Her rigorous academic and clinical training has prepared her well to enhance the quality of life of others through audiological care. Her depth of knowledge in neuroanatomy is vital to the diagnostic skills she uses in her regular practice and with patients referred by local physicians. Her background in hearing disorders and hearing aids is extensive, with experience in a variety of medical settings ranging from hospitals, specialty clinics, and private practices throughout the United States. Dr. Hadden’s diversity as a clinician makes her an integral part of The Hearing Clinic team’s success. Dr. Hadden and her husband have a son named Silas. She enjoys horseback riding, traveling, and outdoor activities like camping and hiking with their Bassett Hound, Paloma.

Brandi Wilson

Brandi Wilson joined The Hearing Clinic team in July 2009. As a skilled Audiology Assistant with a hearing aid apprentice license she will be providing the necessary hearing aid related services that will complement the outstanding services at The Hearing Clinic. She is motivated to further her education to become a Doctor of Audiology in the near future. She currently provides services at the High Point office and also can be seen on occasion in the Greensboro and Asheboro offices.  In her spare time she enjoys running, traveling and an occasional movie. She also has an interest in local politics.
