Dr. Ike established The Hearing Clinic in 1989 after working with the previous owner of Piedmont Hearing Aid Center for three years. She is an alumnus of the University of Florida and Radford University. In 1990 she expanded The Hearing Clinic to Asheboro. That office is now prominently located at 328 North Fayetteville Street, across from Randolph Hospital. As the practice continued to grow, the High Point office relocated to a larger facility at 801 Lindsay Street, and an additional 1,200 square feet was added in 1996 to provide more room for a larger sound booth, a break room, storage room, and additional offices for audiology and administrative functions.
In response to growing interest from both the medical and lay communities, Dr. Ike opened a third office in Greensboro in 2005. The office is located at 532 North Elam Avenue, across from Wesley Long Hospital. All three offices are dedicated to providing quality hearing healthcare for residents throughout the Piedmont Triad and surrounding communities.
Dr. Ike, a dedicated professional who spends time away from the office in pursuit of advanced clinical training and education, also enjoys traveling and "warm weather" scuba diving in her spare time. She enjoys reading non-fiction, is dedicated to learning Spanish, and is intrigued by many cultures as a result of being brought up as a military Navy brat.
